About Mcdonald Fastpitch Camps Our mission is to provide aspiring softball players with the skills, training, and exposure needed to excel at the collegiate level. Through expert coaching, personalized development, and opportunities to showcase talent in front of college coaches, we aim to empower players to reach their full potential and secure their spot on a college roster. We are committed to fostering both athletic growth and academic success, helping each player achieve their dream of playing softball at the next level.

What we do
Camp Staff Iver Robinson Founder \| Recruiting Consultant \| Mental Performance Coach Iver Robinson is the founder of McDonald Fastpitch Consulting and McDonald Fastpitch Camps LLC, dedicated to helping softball athletes grow through recruiting guidance, skill development, and mental performance training. A former Division I player at the University of Oklahoma, she brings over a decade of coaching experience at both the collegiate and grassroots levels, including roles at Hampton University and Regis University. Since launching McDonald Fastpitch Camps in 2012, Iver has partnered with college coaches from all divisions to run events that give players meaningful exposure and the guidance they need to succeed at the collegiate level. Through E3:7 Game Changer, she also offers free camps for underserved communities to ensure access for all athletes. With a B.A. in Communication and a Master’s in Ministry and Theology, Iver’s holistic coaching philosophy emphasizes identity, resilience, and purpose—empowering athletes to succeed both on and off the field.
