About Mcdonald Fastpitch Camps Our mission is to provide aspiring softball players with the skills, training, and exposure needed to excel at the collegiate level. Through expert coaching, personalized development, and opportunities to showcase talent in front of college coaches, we aim to empower players to reach their full potential and secure their spot on a college roster. We are committed to fostering both athletic growth and academic success, helping each player achieve their dream of playing softball at the next level.

What we do
Camp Staff Iver Robinson (McDonald) A former player for the University of Oklahoma softball team, Iver brings a wealth of experience and passion to the game. She has served as a college softball coach at both Hampton University and Regis University, where she mentored athletes and developed top-tier talent. Over the years, she has worked camps alongside renowned coaching staffs at prestigious programs, including Louisiana State University, University of Oklahoma, University of Florida, Texas A&M University, and University of Houston. As the founder and owner of McDonald Fastpitch Camps LLC (established in 2012), Iver has been instrumental in providing top-level recruiting and instructional camps, collaborating with college coaches across all divisions to give players the exposure and guidance they need to succeed at the collegiate level. Additionally, as the owner of E3:7 Game Changer, she runs free camps and clinics aimed at empowering underserved communities, ensuring that every player has access to quality training, no matter their background.
